The Ecuadorian Embassy in  Korea announces that the Daegu Gyeongbuk Institute of Science and Technology is providing complete scholarship programs for Ecuadorian students:

-    Post Graduate Study programs in:

1.    Robotic engineering
2.    Brain science

-    Master’s and doctorate degree programs:

1.    New biology
2.    Material sciences
3.    Energy systems engineering
4.    Communication and information engineering

Benefits of the programs:

1.    Complete academic scholarship
2.    Annual stipend of about $1,000 for the doctorate and $500 for the master’s
3.    The opportunity to participate in international conferences
4.    Participation in DGIST research projects
5.    Comfortable university residence

First stage:

Dates to apply for spring 2017: October 13th to 27th , 2016
Assessment of documents: November 10th, 2016
Interviews: November 14th – 22nd, 2016
Results: December 5th, 2016

Second stage:

Dates to apply for spring 2017: December 15th – 29th,  2016
Assessment of documents: January 12th, 2017
Interviews: January 16th – 23rd, 2017
Results: February 10th, 2017
