1000 children attended the Christmas Carols Festival

A Christmas Carols Festival titled "Los Niños Cantan a los Niños" organized by several majors in the university was held last December 2nd in the university coliseum for more than 1,000 children.

Choirs from several schools in the city attended the festival to sing Christmas carols; children and parents were very happy to have attended this event. The "batucada" from Tecnico Salesiano High School, professors from the university's language institute, people from the "Pequeños Cientificos" project and students from the university's communication major were also part of the presentations.

 This festival has become a tradition in the university, it has been held since its beginnings. At the end of the festival the organizers gave all the children a bag of Christmas candy and they thanked everyone for attending and their support.
