Universidad Politecnica Salesiana (UPS) and Universidad Politecnica de Madrid invite students and professors to join the continuing education course “Big Data and Business in an empathetic leadership environment”

The aim of this course is that participants develop competencies in empathetic leadership and project management for digital transformation: technical competencies (big date, business analytics, digital technology) personal competencies (management skills, leadership skills and communication strategies) and contextual (business management).

The course is 200 hours and will last 3 months, it has online an on site activities. Each module has both theoretical and practical aspects. There will be 5 modules divided into 32 on site hours and 168 online hours.

The director of the course will be Dr. Ignacio de los Rios, Professor of Projects, director of GESPLAN, Certified Project Management. advisor of IPMA International Project Management Association.
