The National Secretariat of Higher Education, Science, Technology and Innovation (SENESCYT for its acronym in Spanish) announces the 2019 International Scholarship Program aimed at granting Ecuadorian citizens scholarships to study postgraduate programs abroad.

 

 

- You must be Ecuadorian 

 

- Have an undergraduate university degree

 

- Have a grade point average of 8 / 10 or be among the 20% of students with the highest grades of your class.

 

- Have a letter of acceptance to a study program issued by a higher education institution from abroad (see attached document)

 

- Present specific information of the study program
