The biotechnology undergraduate program in Guayaquil will hold a course on “Good laboratory practices”.

The aim is to update participants’ knowledge during the 40 hour course; the topics will be on first aid, handling fire extinguishers, handling chemical substances and microorganisms, biosecurity and sterilization techniques.

The course will be held in the “Maria Auxiliadora” campus from the 8th to the 10th of January from 8am to 1pm in classroom B3-200. It will be led by Cinthya Cevallos, Carina Hidalgo, Andres Rivera and Jimmy Arce.
