On May 27th the university’s local sustainable development major, the Consortium of Municipalities from the Amazon and Galapagos (COMAGA), the National Board of Competencies (CNC) and the Ecuadorian-Peruvian bi-national Plan will hold a workshop on local sustainable development and technical guidelines to devolve competencies.

The aim of the workshop is to strengthen the practice of the competencies devolved and regulated by CNC in order to encourage local sustainable development through the use of legal and technical guidelines. The workshop will take place in the “Fray Bartolomé de las Casas” meeting room at UPS-Quito Campus El Giron (Isabel La Católica y Madrid.
