The psychology undergraduate program in the university’s branch campus in Quito is currently organizing a course titled “Psychopathology, Dementia and Mental Health in Old Age. Research and Clinical and Psychosocial Intervention”

The aim of this event is analyze the concepts of health, mental disease and its relation with research, intervention and public policies, as well as learn about the main ways to treat dementia.

The course is aimed at professionals and technicians in charge of managing public policies in the field of ageing and mental health, postgraduate students, researchers and university professors involved in the field of ageing and mental health.

This event will cost $80 for students and UPS professors and $120 for the overall public.

Participants must first register in the secretary’s office.
