Some people in the field of disabilities who took part in this event were: Xiomara Ortega, president of APADA; Alice Naranjo, coordinator of TICAD; Luzmila Nicolaide, president of the community council for people´s rights, and others.

The TICAD research group presented several projects created by salesian students such as sensorial material used in the Inclusion Support Center. A special recognition was awarded to teachers who have worked with children with autism.

For Marcos Moreira, researcher of TICAD and the coordinator of this event, these activities enable people to transmit information to society and present the work being carried out by teachers in the classroom in order to become a more inclusive society.
