Sigfox donated technical equipment to strengthen teaching processes

The wireless network company Sigfox donated connectivity equipment to the university's computing undergraduate program in Guayaquil. The equipment will enhance the teaching – learning process of students.
 
Sigfox donated complete kits of Sigfox Ready – Thinxtra which will be installed in building F for wireless connections and help find solutions to:
 
- Monitoring assets
 
- Smart industry
 
- Smart city
 
- Smart agriculture
 
- Smart life 
 
- e-health
 
Sigfox, is a global network operator based in France and currently has several companies in Latin America. "We align ourselves with the global trend of equipping the next generation with the skills they need so that the future workforce adapts to the rapid economic, scientific and technological developments and their challenges," said Javier Ortiz, director of the computing undergraduate program.
