The university's branch campus in Guayaquil, in its "Maria Auxiliadora" campus, will now offer an undergraduate program in Economics which will be 4 years long, registration will be in January 2020 and classes will start in May. 

A graduate of economics is capable of analyzing, planning, implementing and evaluating policies, plans, programs and projects with the use of quantitative and technological tools and contribute to local and national development.

There are now eight undergraduate programs in the "Maria Auxiliadora" campus, besides economics it offers: environmental engineering, biotechnology, civil engineering, early education, basic education, business administration and psychology.

One year postgraduate programs in business administration, communication, industrial operations and accounting are now also available.
