Blas Garzon, director of the master's degree program in cultural management, and Isabel Rohn Bazurto, professor of the master's degree, presented the research titled "Estrategias comunicacionales para la gestión de públicos culturales", during the XXXII International Seminar organized by the Ibero American Association on sociology and communication and Universidad del Norte de Barranquilla, Colombia.

About 90 presentations from Colombian, Spanish, Peruvian, Argentinean, Ecuadorian, Brazilian, Puerto Rican, German and North American researchers were carried out during the online seminar.

The research studies and focuses on cultural communication as "a complex and essential device in cultural organizations, because audiences are heterogeneous, changing and dynamic.

Therefore, comprehensive and effective communication strategies must be designed and adopted to achieve acceptance and favorable behaviors of the public towards the cultural project, product or service ".

Garzón reported that this research will be published in the journal "Investigación & Desarrollo, Latin American Journal of Social Sciences and Human Development" of Universidad del Norte. The next AISCO Seminar will take place at Universidad Autónoma de Chiapas - Mexico in June 2021.
