The computer engineering undergraduate program in our branch campus in Quito organized the online talk titled: "The use of ICTs in times of  Covid 19", where ICT experts from public and private companies spoke about their experiences, challenges and business opportunities.

Bertha Bravo spoke about some limitations when not having appropriate platforms, such as difficulties with telework. It is important to train workers and change paradigms in order to face this situation.

Palacios stated that people and businesses have presented weaknesses in the use of ICTs. "It is important to migrate towards cloud technologies with safe and efficient systems. We need to adapt to new technologies and acquire new skills because a radical change is underway. Regarding e-commerce, we must change our perspective, focus on clients and their needs. That's where we'll have great opportunities".
