Our branch campus in Guayaquil signed an agreement with the Empresa Pública Desarrollo, Acción Social and Education – EP DASE, which belongs to the municipality of Guayaquil. The aim of the agreement is to support academic leveling courses provided by the municipality of Guayaquil to children from 6 to 14 years old.

Students majoring in basic education will teach Language and Math during nine months. Classes will be for 45 minutes in the morning and in the afternoon.

Children will also have the support of psychologists who will help with children's education. In the future, there will be other subjects.

Jorge Acaiturri, general manager of Empresa Pública Desarrollo, Acción Social and Education – EP DASE, met with Susana Pombo, director of the basic education undergraduate program, to sign the agreement.

"This will help improve children's education in Guayaquil and will allow our students to gain experience", said Susana Pombo.
