UPS president Juan Cardenas and the principal of Unidad Educativa Particular Rosa de Jesús Cordero, Catalinas, Asteria Vasquez, signed an agreement that will allow teachers from both institutions to strengthen their teaching skills through continuing education courses, teacher training and several community engagement activities.

Asteria Vasquez thanked the university officials for the opportunity to work together and benefit students and professors from both institutions. 

Juan Cardenas stated the agreement will allow both institutions to provide training sessions for professors and students. "We will work together to meet the objective of the agreement", he said.
