Graduation ceremony in Guayaquil

On August 24th, our branch campus in Guayaquil held a graduation ceremony for 113 new professionals in business administration, accounting, communication, computer engineering, electric engineering, electronics and industrial engineering.

The ceremony was presided by university president Javier Herran, the vice president of our branch campus in Guayaquil Andres Bayolo and the academic coordinator Angela Flores. Javier Herran spoke about the commitment of the new professionals to represent the university.

Andres Bayolo congratulated the new professionals and their parents. "This is not a goodbye, the university doors will always be open for you", he said. A special recognition award was given to students with the best grade point averages, Catherine Ponce (business administration) and Alexis de la Cruz (electronic engineering).

"In the university you learn many things that help you grow". Professors have taught us to be more human, to worry about others and make better professional decisions", said Catherine Ponce. Joshep Moran was awarded a recognition certificate for his participation in the salesian groups.
