The computer engineering major at UPS-Guayaquil along with the Free Creatica Foundation and the TICAD  group will hold the course “ICT expert, inclusion and disability” which is aimed at professionals and students in the fields of education, health, psychology, computing and medicine, people with disabilities and their families.

The aim of the course is to learn about the impact ICT’s have had in improving the quality of life of people who risk being exclusion. At the end of the course, participants will receive an official certificate of “Expert in ICT, inclusion and disabilities”.
