On July 16th, students from the university's pastoral department in Guayaquil took part in the radio program titled "Conversamos de" or Let's talk about which is broadcasted on "Radio La Voz de Maria" and led by Fausto Coloma. The topics were: What is the university pastoral department?, experiences of social work, and others.

The aim of this activity was to talk about the experiences of students who are part of the social political groups in Guayaquil. The students who attended were Santiago Ruiz and Génesis Figueroa and the coordinator John Ávila.

They spoke about the following topics:

-    College life of young Christians
-    What distinguishes Salesian university students from other students
-    Is there a Christian environment in the university of is it in process.
-    The work of university students

The program is broadcast on Saturdays at 14:00 on 88.1 FM, but the university's pastoral department will be there on the third Saturday of each month. "We will continue to contribute in future programs with the assistance of several members of the pastoral socio-political groups at UPS" said Avila.
