Celebration of "Pase del Niño Viajero 2024"
Cuenca will soon celebrate one of the most emblematic religious and cultural traditions of Ecuador: Pase del Niño Viajero, which takes place every December 24th. This celebration represents an expression of faith and popular devotion that turns the city streets into a stage full of color and music.
The university, as an active part of the Salesian Family, will join the merchants of “Feria Libre - El Arenal” and the Ecuadorian Army to proudly be the Sponsors of this year’s celebration.
“El Pase del Niño Viajero” is a tradition that attracts not only inhabitants of Cuenca, but also visitors from all over. The festival takes places in the city’s main streets and becomes a true testimony of Catholic faith and a cultural expression that unites all generations.
