According to what is stated in article 45 of the statute and articles 5 and 6 of the regulations for the elections of the teachers’ and administrative staff Association at UPS (ADAUPS-Q), there is a calling for members to choose a new board.

 

Members of the association who wish to become candidates for the new elections must present:

 

- A request to register the candidates

 

- Registration of candidates

 

- Signatures of at least 10% of the association’s members (804 members) that supports the candidates

 

- A work plan (objectives that are measurable, achievable, justifiable)

 

Elections for the new board of the Association will take place on December 18th and will be online from 8am to 8:30pm.

 

According to the regulations, members who do not justify / explain their absence to these elections with a written letter up to two days after the elections, will be fined with 10%of the basic wage.

 

The elections will be for:

 

- President

 

 

- Secretary

 

- Treasurer

 

- Trustee

 

- Representative of the teaching staff

 

- Representative of the administrative staff
