3rd International Conference on Psychology and Society: Mental Health and Resilience in Contexts of Social Change
The psychology and clinical psychology majors in our branch campus in Guayaquil invite the university community and the general public to the 3rd International Conference on Psychology and Society: Mental Health and Resilience in Contexts of Social Change.
The aim is to analyze the interrelationship between mental health and social change, identifying psychological strategies that promote resilience, well-being, and the construction of hopeful futures in diverse community and global contexts.
In a world marked by constant social transformations, global challenges, and persistent inequalities, mental health emerges as a fundamental pillar for individual and collective well-being, as well as for building a sustainable and better future. The interconnection between mental health and social change is undeniable: social dynamics profoundly impact the human psyche, and in turn, a society with good mental health is better equipped to drive positive transformations.
The event will feature national and international experts, which will enrich discussions and enable a comparative view of problems and solutions.
Date: August 8th
Time: 10am
Place: “Maria Auxiliadora” campus. Building A
