National University Sports Tournament

Universidad Politécnica Salesiana (UPS), Universidad de Cuenca, Universidad del Azuay (UDA) and Universidad Católica de Cuenca (UCACUE) invite the university community and everyone from Cuenca to the National University Sports Tournament.

This sports event is endorsed by the Fédération Internationale du Sport Universitaire (FISU) and the Ecuadorian University Sports Federation. The best teams will qualify to the 2025 world university games in Germany.

The event is supported by the Municipality of Cuenca, the prefecture of Azuay and the Sports Federation of Azuay.

 

Dates: February 15th to 22nd 


Games will be played in: UPS, Universidad de Cuenca, UDA, Universidad Católica de Cuenca, Coliseo, Pista Aletica Jefferson Pérez, Estadio Alejandro Serrano Aguilar, Cuenca Tenis y Golf Club.

There will be basketball, 3x3 basketball, volleyball, beach volleyball, swimming, tennis, table tennis, judo, taekwondo, fencing and  over 1,500 athletes representing 24 provinces in Ecuador.
