In order to strengthen education and foster a salesian environment, the university will hold human development courses for its professors. The courses, which are organized by the Distance and Virtual Education Department (UNADEDVI), will begin on June 1st and end on August 5th, 2016. There is a total of four eighty hour modules, giving a total of 320 hours.

The courses foster education for professors where first they will work through a virtual platform and then have on site classes. The aim of this approach is to encourage permanent education and strengthen the university's catholic and salesian identity.

Over 200 professors nationwide will take part in the courses during this semester.
