Catalina León, vice president of Universidad de Cuenca, met with Cesar Vasquez, vice president of UPS in Cuenca, to talk about several projects in which students and professors from these two higher education institutions could work together.

They also analyzed the possibility of signing some cooperation agreements that will benefit both professors and students from both universities.

Dr. Leon was also given a tour of the university by Cesar Vasquez, who was thankful for her visit and cooperation.
