Data Science and Processes is a macro-process whose mission is to support the development and review of process maps and the documented information related to procedures, as well as to manage their approval. It also analyzes and processes institutional data to generate timely information that supports data-driven decision-making. All of this is aimed at contributing to continuous institutional improvement through efficient process management and the strategic use of data.

PROCESS MANAGEMENT SERVICES

• Support for academic and administrative areas in the development, review, and updating of procedures, process records, and institutional process maps.
• Management in the review and approval of procedures, process records, and process maps for all areas of the Salesian Polytechnic University, ensuring standardization and traceability in accordance with institutional guidelines.

DATA MANAGEMENT SERVICES

• Processing and delivery of institutional data to support timely, evidence-based decision-making.
• Management, maintenance, and control of the institutional Data Warehouse, ensuring the integrity, availability, and reliability of information.
