Robotics Club - Cuenca

Robotics Club - Cuenca

DESCRIPTION

This group began six years ago building small robots used for inter-university robotics competitions. It was later joined by another group for programming commercial robots that the University acquired for undergraduate students and research groups in our branch campus in Cuenca, such as NAO, BIOLOID, LEGO, and others. The group is part of the IEEE RAS section

MISSION

The engineering programs in our branch campus in Cuenca encourage their students to participate in extracurricular activities in order to have a comprehensive education. Robotics has been one of the fields that has gained the most interest among students in recent years. Therefore, the university has invested financial and human resources in the development of several projects that allow it to participate and excel in robotics competitions.

VISION

To be a leading engineering group at the University that promotes technological development in robotics and programming through research and projects.
