We invite museum and cultural center directors, professors, students and the overall public to join the course on museums, exhibitions and galleries.

 

The aim of the course is to train participants in the management of museums, galleries and cultural centers, as places for research, mediation and to strengthen history and cultural heritage.

 

In the course there will be both theory and practice, analysis of cases in the computer laboratory, visits to museums, galleries and group activities. The 126 course has been divided into 42 on campus hours, 12 hours for practice and 72 hours for autonomous learning. Participants who successfully finish the course after taking the evaluations, will be awarded a certificate of approval.

 

The topics of the course will be:

 

- Cultural management of museums and current policies

 

- Advertisement and management models in museums and galleries

 

- Museum exhibition techniques

 

- Expository techniques in galleries

 

Date: July 17th – 27th 

 

Schedule: Monday to Friday from 6pm to 10pm and Saturday from 8am to 2pm
