The university’s Communication, Education and Environment Research Group invite you to attend the presentation of book “Salud, Interculturalidad y Buen Vivir”, a book written by researchers, professors and experts from several Ecuadorian institutions and coordinated by researchers Andrea De Santis (Universidad Politecnica Salesiana) and Adriana Verdugo (Universidad de Cuenca)

The book, published by Abya Yala, contains observations of 16 researchers and experts from three countries (Ecuador, Italy and Portugal) and the work carried out in universities, research centers, companies, public institutions and organizations. The chapters are also the result of the contributions of institutions that supported the 1st International Congress on Interculturality and Good Living: Universidad de Cuenca (Ecuador), Universidad Politécnica Salesiana (Ecuador), Universidad Técnica Particular de Loja (Ecuador), Universiteit Antwerpen (Belgium), the ministry of public health, the ministry of agriculture, the ministry of education. 

The book contains an important set of research, projects and experiences about interculturality and topics that are fundamental for our society, such as health, medicine, disabilities, higher education, ancestral knowledge and the use of public spaces.
