The electronic engineering major at UPS-Cuenca will hold the “Mikrotik Certified Network Associate” (MTCNA) course from March 2nd to 13th from 5pm to 9pm in the university laboratories and classrooms.  The 40 hour course is aimed at students, alumni, professors and people involved in this field.

The aim of the course is to train people in Networking equipment which is currently expanding in the technological world of telecommunications. In the course you will learn about Mikrotik equipment, its configuration and use.

Some of the other areas in the course will be installation and configuration of networks, IP addressing, DHCP server, firewall and nat regulations, wireless networks, routing, bridging, network management, tunnels and laboratories.

The price of the course is $348 and you can register at the university’s secretary office.
