The German Academic Exchange Service (DAAD), the Continuing Education department at the Carl von Ossietzky University in Germany and DIES will hold the University Leadership and Management Training Course (UNILEAD). The one year long course trains professionals who work in university management in developing countries.

The topics in the course include: project management, financing and investment, and human resource management.

Requirements:

•    The program is aimed at university program directors, evaluation officials, coordinators and young professionals in higher education institutions. 
•    Applicants must have a master’s degree
•    Applicants must have at least 2 years experience in higher education management.
•    Applicants must fill in the application form
•    A motivation letter 
•    A recommendation letter from the university (an additional recommendation letter from a DAAD representative is a plus)
•    An english proficiency test (TOEFL, Cambridge Certificate) is a plus
