Universidad Politecnica Salesiana, the National Assembly, the committee of economic and taxation regime and the legislative school have organized a national meeting on the rights to housing and a worthy habitat.

This meeting is within the context of the UN Habitat III Conference on Housing, Urban and Sustainable Development. The aim is to analyze social, economic and political problems regarding the access and the exercise of the right to housing, habitat and the city. 

The meeting will be attended by professors, officials, students and social organizations who will hold discussion panel to evaluate the situation and suggest how to guarantee people’s right to housing a worthy habitat.

The meeting will be held in Quito, “El Giron” campus on October 17th  at 1pm
