Applications for Parking Cards

The university’s branch in Guayaquil informs that applications to get a parking card that will give them free access to the university’s parking spaces are now open. To register go to http://goo.gl/forms/YpzER2LIa6 from Oct, 17th to Oct. 24th and send the required documentation to kbarba@ups.edu.ec

-    1 PDF document with:

A colored copy of driver’s license, a colored copy of ID, copy of car registration

The PDF document must be send through the institutional email, the subject of the email must say: “Acceso Vehicular UPS”, the file (PDF) must be named: Name1 Name2 Surname1 Surname 2

The cards will be submitted from Oct. 24th to Nov. 2nd previous confirmation. Those who have not complied with this process will not have access to the parking spaces as of November 7th.

Important information:

-    Students and workers who already have a card do not have to go through this process
-    Documentation will not be accepted after the established dates and applicants must wait until the next calling
-    All required documentation must be send together in one PDF document
-    Applicants who do not comply with all requirements will not be given a parking card
-    Documentation must be submitted digitally 

What to do in case you lose your parking card?

- If you lose the card or it is stolen, the student or employee is required to notify the administration department so that it is immediately blocked.
- To get another card the student or employee must go to the treasury department and request a DUPLICATE ELECTRONIC ACCESS CARD 
- After that, they must send a scanned copy of the invoice from the treasury department to kbarba@ups.edu.ec with the following subject: “Duplicado de tarjeta accesso vehicular”
