UPS invites professionals to take part in the course on “Prevention of electrical risks”. UPS has an accreditation from the Inter institutional Committee of Occupational Safety and Hygiene (CISHT for its acronym in Spanish) which allows the university to issue certificates in occupational risks. 

In this regard, UPS and the Electrical Engineering Association of Pichincha have organized this course in order to prevent electrical risks by applying safety, hygiene and environmental norms under quality standards demanded by productive sectors. 

The 60 hour course will cost $250 and it includes the certificate, which is valid for four years, material, digital information, coffee break and lunch. 

Start date: May 8th 

Schedule: Friday, Saturday and Sunday from 8am to 6pm (two weekends) or from Monday to Friday from 5pm to 9pm

Place: Centro de Formación Continua Cayambe - Av. Natalia Jarrín y 9 de Octubre
