LAW, JUSTICE AND SOCIETY RESEARCH GROUP

The Law, Justice and Society research group is made up by a multidisciplinary team of professionals; its aim is to create opportunities for legal debates that results in projects aimed at helping solve problems that arise in society.

It seeks to become a bridge between the legal community and society, it aims to present law as a tool towards justice. The group will carry out research that analyzes the culture of peace, rights of priority groups, gender, rights of nature, and others. It also intends to provide ideas for the creation of anti-corruption and transparency policies, both in the public and private sectors.

Considering that society must regain trust in State institutions, the goal is to make technical-legal studies in order to contribute to the decision-making of legal operators; as well as build preventive and corrective processes in the public sector as an effective tool against corruption.
