The Telecommunication Systems Research Group (GISTEL for its acronym in Spanish) aims to study current and future telecommunication technologies in order to find significant uses for the country’s development in education, medicine, agriculture, etc. It also works to create national and international networks that can broaden knowledge and possible solutions for the public and private sector.
