DESCRIPTION

The aim of the Kaizen group is to be a self-learning group in different areas of industrial organization, enabling rapid solutions in the industry, based on continuous improvement. Internal training in organizational management methodologies and provision of industrial safety resources, primarily for emergency brigades.

MISSION

To promote self-learning in Lean Manufacturing to develop rapid and effective solutions for continuous improvement of processes and to excel in the training and structuring of emergency brigades.

VISION

To be recognized as leaders in Lean manufacturing methodology, promoting continuous improvement of processes and the training of emergency brigades.
