• Fill in the form: FORMULARIO DE INFORMACIÓN COMPLEMENTARIA 

• It is compulsory to fill in the form in order to continue the admissions process.  Once you have filled and saved the form, you will get an email with information about the cost. 

• In case you need help filling in the form, contact:  bienestarestudiantiluio@ups.edu.ec 

REQUIREMENTS:

• Legible copy of ID
  

• Legible copy of certified or notarized high school diploma 
  

• Legible copy of "certificado de votación" for students over 18.
  

• Passport size photo

• Check the calendar calendario de matrícula and make sure you enroll on the assigned date. 
• Check class schedules for your undergraduate program at the end of this page
• Online enrollment must be done by logging to the university website (login). We recommend using: Firefox, Google Chrome, Opera, Safari.  
  
• Remember to register pending subjects from previous semesters. 
  
• Your e-invoice will be send to your university email. In case the invoice must go on someone else's name, remember to fill in the correct information before saving the process. 

• Enrollment through the university's requests system will be done in special cases (Condicionados oyentes, Homologaciones de mallas unificadas, Reingresos, Cupos)

• You may change your group once you have paid and are enrolled. It can be done during the first two weeks of class

• In case you were not able to change groups online, you must do it on campus with a request form addressed to your program director.

You can pay after 24 hours of having registered: Banco Pichincha, Pichincha Mi Vecino (Cod.37291), Banco del Pacífico and Cooperativa JEP with your IS number.

Log in to www.ups.edu.ec and go to online servicies, then online payments

• Campus El Girón:  Monday to Friday from 08:30 to 13:00 and 14:00 to 17:30

• Campus Cayambe: Monday to Friday 09:00 a 13:00
