Professors and students from the Management and Leadership undergraduate program in Quito's branch campus organized several activities in order to strengthen knowledge in several areas. There were conferences on geopolitics, presentations on several topics and entrepreneurship projects. 

The first conference was to analyze changes in organizations and the role of society regarding public policies and social movements. The speakers were Kintto Lucas, Carlos de la Torre, Hernán Reyes, Rosa Rodríguez, Franklin Ramírez and René Unda. The second conference was to talk about the opportunities provided by collaborative economy, the speakers were Milton Cerda, Felipe Urresta and Ilario Morocho.     

The best presentations were:

1st place: Consumer society in Ecuador

2nd place: The evolution of administration models

3rd place: Ecuador's export opportunities to developed countries.

They also presented five innovative experiences on popular and solidarity based economy, leadership, ventures, earnings and the distribution of profit, marketing and sustainability. 

Finally, the director of this undergraduate program, Tania Chicaiza, said these events are important to create leaders who understand the current context and learn more about current social problems.
