On June 22nd the university held a special ceremony to graduate 16 students as mentors and change managers in the university's Coworking StartUPS offices.

It is the second group of students that will be actively involved in the Coworking StartUPS community. The students underwent 100 hours of training divided into three study modules of mentoring and change management that took place in Cuenca, Quito and Guayaquil.

The training sessions were based on research, entrepreneurship, teamwork and the salesian charisma. The approach was that students learn things through hand on practice, learn by doing, along with entrepreneurship and innovation strategies.

The aim is that students develop the skills needed to lead an ecosystem entrepreneurship, research and innovation at Universidad Politécnica Salesiana
