With strict biosecurity measures, our branch campus in Guayaquil held four graduation ceremonies for 358 students who successfully ended their undergraduate programs in business administration, communication, accounting, electricity, electronics and automation, industrial engineering and computer engineering.

The ceremonies were attended by Raul Alvarez, vice president of out campus in Guayaquil; Angela Flores, academic vice president; Jaime Zapata, academic coordinator; and the directors of the undergraduate programs. 

Students with the highest grade point averages were awarded special recognitions: 

"I want to thank you for trusting our university congratulate you for your effort and for now being professionals that our country needs. Today, the university recognizes your hard work, dedication and achievements upon finishing this stage at the university. We are proud of you" said Alvarez. 

Katherine Gallegos, graduate with the best GPA in the industrial engineering undergraduate program, said: "we will each take different paths, maybe we won't see each other again, but I will remember all the advice, help, teaching, experiences we have lived together. I wish all our goals come true, we must fight to reach them and make our dreams come true".

"The first university levels are not all fun, this long path has given us knowledge and the tools needed for our future, we started being more serious and creating our professional profile, without forgetting who we are, many of us accepted the challenge of studying and working at the same time. It is gratifying for me to know that today we formally celebrate the ending of an arduous academic, emotional and spiritual path", said Mijahek Velastegui during his speech on behalf of his fellow graduates.
