The workers' association in the university (ADETUPS) is currently holding the second summer camp for over 100 children in the university premises. The camp will take place until August 7th.

Flavio Quizhpi, president of the association, welcomed the children to the summer camp and thanked their parents for trusting the university. Cristian Diaz, on behalf of the UPS-Cuenca Vice President, officially inaugurated the summer camp by telling children to enjoy the camp and have fun.

The summer camp will be from Monday to Friday from 8am to 12pm. There will be several activities held in the university's coliseum, theater, and soccer field, where the kids will watch movies, play soccer and basketball, and go on field trips on Fridays. Students from the university's physical education major is coordinating the event.
