Members of the Smart Electricity Grids Research Group (GIREI for its acronym in Spanish) published their research results in the "IEEE Latin America Transactions" journal in Volume 13-Issue 9 in the month of September 2015. The research can be found in the IEEE Xplore virtual library and will be indexed to SCOPUS and ISI. 

The papers were co-written by undergraduate electrical engineering students. The paper  "State of Art, MVNO for Advanced Metering Infrastructure based on Radio Cognitive for Channel Allocation",  was written by Giovanny Romero and Esteban Inga Ortega.
