In order to encourage students to continue studying at the university, the business administration undergraduate program held a webinar to discuss important challenges that business administrators have to face. 

The webinar was led by Raquel Donoso, professor, and Fabian Villacres, director of the program. They talked to around 50 participants about an administrator's job, they answered people's questions and also talked about the current health crisis.

The topics were: the importance of continuing their education, risks of stopping their studies, e-learning and how classes in the university are currently being held and suggestions on how to perform well in this study mode.

"We think it is important to have this opportunity to advise and motivate our students, answer their questions and, overall, reinforce the information from official sources, which is sometimes blurred by the misleading information generated by fake news", said Donoso.

The Business Administration program suggested that the initiative of holding a talk with students be done in all university programs where students can ask questions and give suggestions that can then be put into practice.
