The psychology and clinical psychology majors, along with the Applied Clinical Neuroscience Research Group in our branch campus in Cuenca, presented the book: Psicodiagnóstico: Cómo elaborar el informe psicológico clínico. The book is aimed at students and professionals in this field as it becomes a fundamental tool for psychological evaluation and clinical diagnosis. 

The book states that psycho diagnosis is not limited to only identifying disorders, but it is a profound process for understanding the patient's inner world. Through the clinical interview, the professional creates a narrative that makes sense of the client's symptoms, emotions, and behaviors. The book addresses the process from the first meeting to the preparation of the psychological report, providing a clear and accessible guide for students and professionals.

The book is divided into four chapters and it responds to the need of having clear tools for professionals. It covers topics such as the fundamentals of psycho diagnosis, projective and psychometric techniques, and clinical report writing; it has an ethical and humanistic approach, aligned with the university’s mission statement.
