The physical education pedagogy undergraduate program in our branch campus in Cuenca is holding workshops for its students. There are workshops on soccer, basketball, volleyball and combat sports. 

The workshops are being held under strict biosecurity measures. Students and professors had to take a biosecurity course.

Students are taking these workshops while they are still on vacation before the start of a new semester. Franklin Ramon, director of the physical education pedagogy undergraduate program, stated that the aim of the workshops is to strengthen students' theoretical knowledge and have hands on learning activities since professionals must know both pedagogy and strategies to be used when teaching psychical education.

The workshops are being taught by professors: Mario Álvarez, Virna Salazar, Juan Padilla, Brandon Quezada and Fernanda Bermeo.
