Student Assistants

The student assistants group

Description:

The student assistants group assists all students who are having a hard time with their studies. It is a type of leveling course that encourages students to continue their studies.

The idea came from the student services department in 2004 and the group has been around since then.

Students can take several classes, but they mainly attend calculus, algebra, mathematics, programming, accounting, and electrotechnics

There are currently 20 tutors and 5 other Student Helper groups being created.

Through tutoring students reinforce what they were not able to fully understand in class. Tutoring is a process of working alongside students during their education by offering them personalized instruction.
