Professors and students from the psychology undergraduate program in Guayaquil organized a campaign to prevent the use of drugs by creating awareness about the dangers of drug use. 

The campaign was held in the Maria Auxiliadora campus through several activities. "The campaign is process of prevention that will allow students to contribute from different areas, such as academia and culture". said LIsssette Martinez, organizer of the event.

Several Salesian groups, pastoral, communication, culture and sports, took part in the campaign. There was an art competition in which students could present their proposals to create awareness on this issue.

"The aim of this activity was to get all the students from all the undergraduate programs to participate and get involved", said Gloria Bermudez, director of the psychology undergraduate program in Guayaquil.
