APPLICATION PROCESS:

a) Log in to your personal account on the university website.

b) Go to “Sistema de solicitudes”  and choose “Nueva solicitud”

c) Select "Solicitud de Examen de Ubicación para Idiomas" - it is important to attach a scanned copy      of both sides of your ID.

d) A payment receipt will be generated (please make payment within 72 hours).

1. Payment counters at the nearest campus (credit or debit card).

2. Online Payments

e) Once payment has been made, the secretary's office will verify that the student meets all the requirements. If there are any changes to be made, the student will be notified via the institutional email.

f) The exam result will be available in the “sistema de solicitudes” within 72 hours.

Applications due: September 5th – 10th, 2025

Exam date: Wednesday, September 17th, 2025
