First mechatronics engineer graduates

The mechatronics undergraduate program in our branch campus in Cuenca will graduate the first class mechatronics engineers. These students have written and presented their papers in international conferences, taken part in academic events nationally and internationally, created entrepreneurship as well as taken part in activities to help less privileged groups of people.
All these experiences have given them the opportunity to develop the skills and competencies needed in the field of mechatronics, so they are now ready to contribute to the country's development.
The following students presented graduation projects:
- Cesar Saquicela. "Creation of a biomechatronic exoskeleton for lower extremities"
- Christian Feican. "Creation of a biomechatronic exoskeleton for lower extremities"
- Romanella Soria, Cristian Valdez and Pablo Andrés Gómez. "Design and simulation for the automation of sealing and lacquering processes for bedroom manufacturing of the international carpentry and upholstery company Ctin".
- Andres Cabrera. "Design and construction of a prototype to control the position of the pilot screw of a pressure reducing valve in the potable water distribution network of the telecommunications, potable water, sewerage and sanitation company - (EP STAGE), to reduce leakage losses due to pressure variations ".
- Paul Roman. "Design and construction of a prototype to control the position of the pilot screw of a pressure reducing valve in the potable water distribution network of the telecommunications, potable water, sewerage and sanitation company - (EP STAGE), to reduce leakage losses due to pressure variations ".
- Ronald Pucha and John Romero. "Design and construction of biomechatronic transhumeral prosthesis".
