Our branch campus in Cuenca inaugurated its new underground parking lot designed to improve accessibility and safety for the university community. Students, university officials, and staff attended the opening ceremony.

The new parking lots have two floors and the capacity for 300 vehicles. To ensure inclusion, there are priority parking spaces for people with disabilities, as well as:

• Smart technology: Sensors that indicate parking availability in real time.

• Sustainable mobility: Charging areas for electric vehicles.

• Security: Fire protection system, surveillance cameras, and height controls of 2.20 and 2.70 meters.

• Connectivity: Four elevators connect the parking lot to the new administrative buildings, Cornelio Merchán and Mario Rizzini.
