The pastoral department in our branch campus in Cuenca invites the university community and the general public to the presentation of the play: “Más allá de la Cruz. Un juicio entre el bien y el mal tras la crucifixión de Jesús.”

 

The play will commemorate Easter, a time to reflect about the death and resurrection of Jesus Christ. The play is not only about what took place in Golgotha, but an invitation to look beyond and ask ourselves “What comes after suffering? Is the cross the end or the beginning of something greater?

The play explores the universal dilemmas of the human soul: guilt, forgiveness, redemption, and faith. A story that challenges the audience through spirituality, drama, and hope. The cast is made up of teachers, administrative staff, the theater group, and the UPS Choir, who will bring this unique theatrical experience to life.

 

Date: April 15th 

Presentation in the morning: 11am

Presentation in the evening: 7:30pm

Place: University theater
